How will my product be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, and United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified.These carriers cannot ship to PO Box. We do not offer any expedited shipping services at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Where is my order?
Every order that we ship has a tracking number (UPS) or delivery confirmation number (USPS) that can be used to track down a delinquent package. For UPS Ground packages, you will receive a UPS tracking number when the order ships. You can go to www.ups.comand input the tracking number to check the status of your package and also find it's expected delivery date. If your package was sent through the US Postal Service, and you are concerned that it has not yet arrived, contact us and we can use the delivery confirmation number to help track it down.
Do you take international orders?
We are unable to ship to Ak, Hi, PR, Military or international addresses. At the moment we ship within the United States addresses only.

How can I cancel my order?
As soon as you place an order, the processing of that order begins. In the event you decide to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately. However, there is no guarantee that the order can be cancelled. We will attempt to cancel on your behalf, but be advised that if the process is already sufficiently underway, you will need to wait for the arrival of your order and then return it as stated in our return policy as outlined below.
What is your return policy?
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase we accept most returns in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price but we cannot refund original shipping charges. If shipping was included with the purchase price the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please e-mail us at info@brainwoodentoys.comto receive authorization and a return address. You are also responsible for both original and return shipping costs as well as a 30% manufacturer restocking fee. Return request will not be accepted, after 10 days of the receipt of the order. You must inspect your order upon arrival and let us know about any problems within 24 hours of receipts.

Backorders
Normally, items that are currently out of stock are so noted on the item’s webpage. In erratic cases, items listed as in stock may, in fact, be out of stock at time of purchase, especially during holiday shopping seasons. If this is the case, you will be notified and given the alternative to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If at all possible we may obtain an estimated time of arrival on the item for you. However that estimated time of arrival for out of stock items is not definitive and may change subject to manufacturer’s notice. We recommend you not to place the order until we are restocked on the item of your choice.
